Terms of Use Cruise Summary Report Offline Editor

By using the Cruise Summary Report Offline Editor (CSR Offline Editor), users acknowledge the following Terms of Use:

Section 1 Scope / General points

1.1 These Terms of Use apply to current and future use of the CSR Offline Editor of the Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie (Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency or BSH), without any requirement for further reference to the Terms of Use.

1.2 The BSH reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time without specifying any grounds.

Section 2 Permissible use and property rights

2.1 The CSR Offline Editor provided may for commercial and non-commercial use in particular be

1. duplicated, printed, presented, altered, edited and transmitted to third parties;
2. merged with the user's own data and data from others and combined to form independent new data sets;
3. integrated in internal and external business processes, products and applications in public and non-public electronic networks.

2.2 During use, it must be ensured that the following disclosure is included as a reference to the source:

2.3 Before any commercial use, the current BSH logo that is present must be removed. Current it is a logo if it suggests to a third party that the commercial use is taking place on behalf of the BSH or that the BSH promotes this use.

Section 3 Liability

3.1 The BSH guarantees neither the completeness and accuracy of the CSR Offline Editor, nor its disruption-free functioning or that it is permanently available.

3.2 The BSH in principle shall not be liable for any losses incurred through use of the CSR Offline Editor or losses that are caused by computer viruses when accessing or downloading the CRS Offline Editor or during installation or use. Other losses that relate to intent or gross negligence are excluded from this disclaimer. In the event of minor negligence, the BSH shall only be liable for losses caused as a result of death, personal injury or injury to health of persons.
